The shape is hollow tubular, hard and transparent. It is suitable for iced drinks, brewing wine, fresh-keeping, cold compressing, and also suitable for food processing, aquatic product processing, meat processing and other industries. Pipe ice mechanism ice principle: After the ice making system is in normal operation, the water in the water tank is transported from the water outlet by the cold water pump to the water inlet of the upper water tank, and passes through the water separator and flows down the inner wall of the heat exchange tube in a spiral flow manner. Flowing, and heat exchange with the refrigerant outside the heat exchange tube, the temperature is lowered, part of the water forms a tubular ice strip on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube, and the water that does not freeze is returned to the lower tank, the water continuously circulates, and the ice continuously increases The inner diameter of thick, tubular ice is also getting smaller and smaller.

After a certain period of time, the water stops circulating, the ice making system turns into the deicing mode, the ice cutting structure runs, the outer surface of the heat exchange tube becomes a high-pressure refrigerant hot gas, and the hot gas exchanges heat with the tube ice of the inner wall of the tube, and the hot air makes the tube ice and The inner wall of the heat exchange tube is partially melted, and the tube ice loses its adhesive force. It falls into the ice-cut structure due to gravity and is cut into tube ice.
